- By accessing or using Colleaze, a campus ERP and management platform developed and
operated by Colleaze , you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms
and conditions. Colleaze is intended to support students, educational institutions,
consultants, and agents in managing academic processes, admissions, financial operations,
and institutional communications. All users are required to register individually and
maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Full access is granted only after
verification of institutions and authorized agents.
- All data entered into the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective
institution or user. Colleaze acts solely as a data processor, using the submitted
information for the purpose of service delivery, technical support, product enhancement,
and compliance with applicable laws. The platform does not sell, distribute, or exploit
user data under any circumstances.
- Institutions are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and proper
management of the data they upload, including the assignment of user permissions.
Consultants and agents must submit accurate data, obtain appropriate consent from
students or institutions, and adhere to all platform policies and legal requirements. All
users of the platform—including institutions, their staff, consultants, agents, and
students—are expected to make every reasonable effort to safeguard the privacy,
confidentiality, and security of the data they handle while using Colleaze.
- Users are strictly prohibited from sharing credentials, modifying or reverse-engineering
the software, uploading unauthorized or harmful content, or engaging in any activity that
violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Certain modules of Colleaze may be offered on a paid subscription basis, with terms and
pricing communicated separately in writing to subscribing institutions. The platform
targets 99.9% uptime; however, scheduled maintenance may occasionally result in
temporary service interruptions. Technical support is available via email and support
ticketing.
- Users, including institutions, consultants, and agents, agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Colleaze and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from the
data they provide, any misuse of the platform, or violation of these terms or applicable
laws. This includes costs related to legal action or third-party claims resulting from their
actions or content.
- Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated in the event of a breach of these
terms, non-payment of applicable fees, or compliance with legal obligations. Colleaze is
provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to
uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company’s liability, if any,
shall be limited to the subscription fees paid by the institution within the preceding
twelve (12) months.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Continued use of the
platform following any updates to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the
revised terms.
