Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Colleaze platform.
01. Acceptance
By accessing or using Colleaze, a campus ERP and management platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Colleaze supports students, institutions, consultants, and agents in managing academic, administrative, and financial operations. Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials, and access is granted only after verification.
02. Data Ownership
All data entered into the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective institution or user. Colleaze acts solely as a data processor and does not sell, distribute, or exploit user data under any circumstances.
03. Responsibility
Institutions are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and management of their data, including user permissions. All users must take reasonable steps to protect privacy, confidentiality, and security while using the platform.
04. Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from sharing credentials, reverse-engineering the software, uploading malicious content, or engaging in activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
05. Subscriptions
Certain Colleaze modules may be subscription-based, with pricing communicated separately. While 99.9% uptime is targeted, scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions. Technical support is available via official channels.
06. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colleaze and its affiliates from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform, data provided, or violation of these terms or applicable laws.
07. Termination
Colleaze may suspend or terminate access due to breach of terms, non-payment, or legal requirements. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous twelve (12) months.
08. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Continued use of Colleaze constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
